    The director of Leisurevest started in the Real Estate industry in 1983 on the Gold Coast, Australia. Affiliation for property was recognised at the age of 22 being presented the award for highest sales in the largest firm in Queensland at Jupiter´s Casino. The Gold Coast is the tourist capital of Australia, attracting many millions of visitors annually and provides a firm basis for the mechanisms of the leisure industry.



    Relocating to London, focusing on establishing an international sales platform and infrastructure, in addition to leveraging off vast experience in leisure real estate to formulate the Leisurevest Property Development Optimisation System. This assists Developers in Emerging Markets to properly package their development for the international market.

    Focus was then directed to Africa where there is opportunity to both assist the poor in housing projects and investment opportunity for the global Overseas Property Investment Industry. Moving beyond mass housing, to designing high technology, highly sustainable tourist destination townships and cities, Leisurevest has since designed residential housing, hotels and resorts for an entire eco city.

    Leisurevest's underlying foundation is still humanitarian based and focused on providing high volumes of housing for the poor. An extremely innovative program was conceived to leverage off the biofuel industry to provide 16,000 new homes to impoverished people in rural areas of Ghana. The Sustainable Farming College (NGO Ghana Pending) has secured the first allotment of 40,000 Ha of which consist of four townships, each comprising of four master planned communities of 250 farms. The 8 Hectare farms consist of a 1 Ha for the home and farming plot for the farmer and 7 Ha of Jatropha Tree plantation for the investor, providing a lucrative income stream for 100 years.
