Operations Management

Operations Management will principally be provided from the Hotel or Residential Resort Brand that is deemed most appropriate for the development.

However not all Developments qualify through the application process but still require an operations management solution. It is for this reason why this option is made available. Our affiliated Hotel and Residential Resort Brands provide this facility and can supply exactly the same processes just without the brand name, image or marketing infrastructure.

This includes the hardware and software programs, the appointment of management and the subsequent recruitment of staff and their induction and training in the system complete with ongoing corporate support if required.

For Branded Developments, Developers have the option to either acquire the Brand and run the Hotel or Residential Resort with appointed management or to have the Brand run the Hotel or Residential Resort on their behalf or for the Brand to pay for the working capital required to run the Hotel or Residential Resort.
